Our Mission

Level 8 Teams empowers leaders, organizations and teams.  We employ a customized methodology to enhance Awareness, Alignment, Engagement, Connection, and Trust within teams and leverage that understanding to accelerate individual leadership development and organizational performance.

First, we serve organizational clients by providing a methodology and consulting services that help leaders and teams work effectively and unleash the collective power of the team.

Second, we serve independent consultants and coaches by providing training, products, and ongoing support to use the Level 8 Methodology to accelerate the growth of their own business.

Our Story

Level 8 Teams was formed by Gwen Parks, Managing Principal of Gwen Parks Group,  to provide leaders and teams with a methodology to accelerate and sustain team performance.  Gwen knows the importance of teams working together and through Level 8 Teams she’s able to provide more leaders and teams the opportunity to make positive impacts within their organizations.
